1. How to save on your order?

It is recommended that you order package of at least 3 dresses as it will save you on delivery charges. The more dresses you order the more money you will save, We make each and every dress according to your size and specifications. We can also make dresses according to your budget. We have maintained data base of our regular clients with their measurement profile. Once you become regular client then you don’t have to give your measurements again and again.

2. How to order with us?

Select the dress from the category and email us your requirements, measurements. If you are ordering for a special occasion do let us know so that we can suggest you ordering to your desire and budget.

3. How long does it take to deliver an order?

The order will take at least 15-20 days for all dresses. For bridal dresses depending on the work takes at least one month.

After discussing about your dress, we will tell you the time needed for a particular dress. Some of the dresses are hand made especially those in bridal and formal.

Kindly note that dresses once made according to your measurements are delivered to you on the basis of No Exchange No Refund.

4. Can I have a customized dress of my choice?

Yes, you can certainly make dress of your choice as well. Many of the pictures of dresses are of the magazines which were send and ordered by our customers. If you have any picture of any dress from any magazine we can make the one for you. We can try match the color and design of the original picture. 

5. How much is the delivery cost? 

Delivery charges vary with the location and the weight of the package. Hence you are advised to provide us with complete address through the ‘CONTACT US’ form for confirmation of the delivery charges (Dress price does not include the delivery charges).

6. How do I contact you?

(For Pakistani Customers), you can contact us at our number provided on our website on the ‘Contact Us' page.

7. What are the payment procedures?

For International Customers:
You are requested to fill out the form on the contact us page and as soon as we receive your details we will contact you in next 24 hours and provide you the payment details.
P.S : 100% payment is to be made on placing the order.

For Local Customers:
Once you selected the dress then contact us and our customer representative will visit you at your place and will collect 75% payment along with the measurement chart and provide you a receipt. The remaining payment of 25% will be collected on delivery.

8. How do I receive my order?

We provide free delivery to Customers in Pakistan . However, International customers will be required to pay for the delivery charges.

9. How do I know that I will ever receive my clothes after making the payment?

Let us inform you that Tanzaib is a fully registered online boutique and we have been serving our customers like you for years. Besides, on making the payment, local customers receive a receipt and international customers receive a confirmation email.

Hence rest assured that you are dealing with a completely authentic business.

10. Can I know the physical location?

Tanzaib is an online boutique and has customers spread in various parts of the world. Hence being online business we do not have any physical outlet.
