Return & Refund Policy:

First of all, we don't leave any room for such a situation to arise but if at all it does we are open to exchange the outfits. Refunds can be issued within 48 hours after the order placement in case of order cancellation. To avoid dresses of wrong measurements, we advise our customers to carefully read and understand the size chart or contact the designer personally while submitting their measurements to assure best fit.

Privacy and Security:

Tanzaib is committed to safeguard the privacy of its customer's personal data. Information furnished by the client while placing an order is used specifically for the purpose of execution of the order or for communication with the customer only. We do not distribute or sell customer data. We have never nor will we ever share or sell our customer listings as we believe to work on long-term basis.

Delivery of Your Order:

Although Tanzaib has all the resources and network to deliver your Order to any part of the world, may it be remote or main city. However we don't guarantee this. In case we find that your order is not deliverable, we will write to you within 24 Hrs of your order and issue you a refund after your reply to proceed. An Order sent from Tanzaib to any address that is not residential will be delivered to the main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. Tanzaib will try its best, but shall not be responsible for further delivery or loss of package in such cases.

Tanzaib does not guarantee the delivery date specified by the sender. Tanzaib will dispatch Order items within the mentioned time during order placement. If sender specifies a particular delivery date, Tanzaib will postpone the dispatching of the Order item until such a date that it reaches around the specified date of the sender. In any circumstances, Tanzaib does not guarantee the exact date of delivery specified by the sender.

In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical, or pricing error, Tanzaib shall have the right to refuse to accept any order/s has/ve been confirmed. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this customer services Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will email you to advice you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.
